This page explains what information krishangarhdarbaan.com collects when you browse or order, and what we do with it. We collect only what's needed to deliver your order and keep you informed about it.

Payment details	Never seen or stored by us — handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor
Order history on your device (browser local storage)	So "My Orders" can show your past orders quickly

We do not use tracking cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

2. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to actually fulfil your order:

Razorpay — to process payment
Resend — to send order confirmation emails
DTDC (once set up) — to book and track your delivery
Meta / WhatsApp Business API (once set up) — to send order updates to your WhatsApp, only if you've opted to be contacted that way

We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

3. Where it's stored

Order records are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database). Your browser also keeps a personal copy of your own order history in local storage on your device, which never leaves your device except when you look up "My Orders" by phone number.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

5. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes, typically up to 7 years as required under Indian tax law.

6. Children

This Site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
